Our office hours are Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. You can reach us at 910.630.7284, 7018, 7192, 7193, or 7619. During our peak periods, such as the beginning of a semester, wait times are likely to be longer than other times of the year. We thank you for your patience as we assist all Monarch families with their needs.
- Before calling: Please have the Methodist University student ID number available. For callers who are not students, please have the student ID and FERPA passcode. More information about the FERPA passcode can be found in our Frequently Asked Questions.

E-mail correspondence from students must be sent from your Methodist University Student e-mail address, as privacy rules prevent us from releasing detailed financial information to an outside e-mail address. If you are a parent, please include the student ID number and FERPA passcode provided to you by your student for verification. Any outside e-mail will be deleted for security reasons.
- Before sending e-mail: Be sure to provide the student ID number in all communications to help our office better assist students, especially if the name is common.
- After sending e-mail: An associate will reply to your e-mail within 24-48 business hours. As with volumes of phone calls during busy seasons, it may take us additional time to reply to your e-mail. We thank you for your patience during our busy seasons.
