He holds the Conference and Methodist single-season records for sacks (14) and tackles-for-loss (34) in addition to the Monarch program career marks for sacks (24) and tackles-for-loss (67). Off the field, Malloy was a 2001 American Football Coaches Association (AFCA) National Good Works Team Member. Following his collegiate career, he played professionally in arena football for three different organizations. Finally, in 2011, he was inducted into the Methodist University Athletic Hall of Fame and in 2014 was selected to the USA South’s 50th Anniversary Football team. Malloy is still serving the Monarchs today as the institution’s Vice President for Engagement, Community & Belonging.
