Anonymous Hazing Report

The following is a form to capture information that you may have about hazing in our Fraternity and Sorority Life Community. The more information you can give about a situation, the better. The details of when, where, and who are very important for the office in order to move forward. If you decide to leave your contact information, we will follow up with you and keep you informed of the outcome.

Any and all false reports will be followed up with judicially with the Dean of Students. If you feel someone is in immediate danger please contact Methodist University Police and Public Safety at 910.630.7577.
