Bio:
Professor Pauly served as a Special Agent in the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Division from 1988-2006. He is a 1997 graduate of the Canadian Police College, Royal Canadian Mounted Police (Ottawa, Canada). He is a 1998 graduate of the FBI National Academy at Quantico, Virginia.
