Alisha Myers, MS, OTR/L is an assistant professor and Academic Fieldwork Coordinator for the Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program at Methodist University. In addition to her academic position, she also services pediatric clients in the community at an outpatient pediatric center. She is nationally certified (NBCOT) and licensed to practice occupational therapy in NC. She primarily teaches and assists with occupational therapy foundational courses as well as the pediatric courses within the occupational therapy department. Her publications address moral distress in the occupational therapy adult setting. Mrs. Myers received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Sciences and Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy at Alvernia University.
