Requirements
Degrees awarded: B.A., B.S., A.A.
Requirements for the major: 42 s.h.—SOC 151, 253, 332, and 431; SOC 450 or 470; Statistics (SOC 220, PSY 250, MAT 220 or ECO 216); plus 24 additional s.h. in Sociology. All students must receive a grade of C in all core courses taken in the Sociology major.
Requirements for the minor: 18 s.h. in sociology, including SOC 151.
Requirements for the A.A. Concentration in Sociology: 18 s.h. in sociology, including SOC 151.
Writing Enrichment Courses: SOC 332 and SOC 431
