Housing Information

Although on-campus housing is available through our Residence Life office, all PA students live off campus. Listed below are popular apartment complexes within minutes of the campus.

As you begin your search for housing here in the Fayetteville area please feel free to visit our list of suggested apartments. The apartments on the list are located close to campus and offer convenience to grocery stores, malls, shopping centers, entertainment, sporting events (Fayetteville Swampdogs, Fayetteville Guard Arena Football, Cape Fear FireAntz hockey), and restaurants. Fayetteville, NC has grown to be North Carolina’s fourth largest city. Not only is Fayetteville a large city with lots to offer, our location is close to other large cities in NC (the beach is 2 hours away, Charlotte just 3 hours, Raleigh an hour, and the mountains 5 hours away).
