Description: 

Norman Wirzba, Ph.D., is the Gilbert T. Rowe Distinguished Professor of Theology at Duke University, and also a Senior Fellow at Duke’s Kenan Institute for Ethics. He has written several books that examine food, the land, and communities from theological and philosophical perspectives. Raised in southern Alberta, Canada, he grew up farming and playing sports. When not teaching or writing books, he enjoys time in his garden, playing guitar, baking, hiking, and enjoying meals with family and friends.
