	Gerald Childress, MJA 2010, was promoted to Major with the Mooresville, North Carolina Police Department in June 2012.
	Brian Regan, MJA 2011, was promoted to Captain and assumed command of Troop B, North Carolina State Highway Patrol in April 2012.
	Thomas Forrest, MJA 2011, retired as a Captain from the Greenville, North Carolina Police Department in January 2012 and assumed the position of Law Enforcement Training Instructional Coordinator at Pitt Community College, Winterville, North Carolina.
	Carlton Williams, MJA 2011, was promoted to Lieutenant with the Greenville, North Carolina Police Department in January 2012.
	James Buie, MJA 2010, was promoted to Chief of the Gaston County, North Carolina Police Department in May 2011.
	Mark Strickland, MJA 2007, was appointed the Director of the North Carolina Justice Academy in December 2010.
	Brian Anderson, MJA 2008, was promoted to Major with the Mooresville, North Carolina Police Department in August 2010.
