MU Home » Academics » Center for Excellence in Justice Administration Calendar of EventsJune 17-21, 2013 We are pleased to announce the Vidocq Society Cold Case Homicide Training. The week will consist of Vidocq Society homicide investigation and forensic science training coupled with a cold case presentation. Attendees will also have the opportunity to present a cold case privately to renowned Vidocq Society experts in private. This unprecedented opportunity is open to law enforcement officers, prosecutors , crime analysts, crime scene investigators, and other related professions. The training is CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC. This week long training will provide violent crime investigators, crime scene technicians, medical examiners, coroners, forensic nurses, and attorneys assigned to investigate, process, conduct examinations, and prosecute such cases a framework for more effectively conducting cold case investigations. Tentative lecture topics by Vidocq Society Experts will include, but are not limited to:
