Bio:

Dr. See is a member of MJA Graduate Faculty.  From 1997-99, he worked as an Administrator of the Family Life Center in Indiana, Pennsylvania.  His first faculty appointment was at Youngstown State University, where he held the rank of Assistant Professor in the Department of Criminal Justice from 2001-07.
