Minor in Accounting

The minor in Accounting can be pursued by any Methodist University student in addition to their major course of study. The addition of an Accounting minor can expand the opportunities available to both business and non-business students upon graduation by opening the door to additional career fields.

Requirements for the minor in Accounting:

ACC 251: Principles of Financial Accounting

ACC 253: Principles of Managerial Accounting

ACC 254: Principles of Accounting Laboratory

ACC 341: Intermediate Accounting I

ACC 342: Intermediate Accounting II

6 s.h. of accounting electives (any ACC, 300 and above)
